OUR EIGHT-STEP PROCESS FOR MODERNIZING ELEVATOR CABS
Step 1: On-Site Evaluation
During an initial visit to your building, we will assess your elevators to identify any issues and opportunities for upgrades. We will also discuss your project goals and timeline.If you have own maintenance team, you can fullfill this Parameter Sheet and we can quote you immediately.
Step 2: Proposal
Based on our assessment, we will provide a scope of work and proposal outlining our recommended modernization plan.
Step 3: Comprehensive Survey
Once the contract is signed, our team will conduct a thorough survey of your elevators, which typically takes several hours per elevator.
Step 4: Ordering
We will order all necessary parts, tools, and equipment for your project, which you will have final approval of before any orders are placed. Depending on the complexity of the project and the number of elevators, it may take 10-12 weeks to receive the items.
Step 5: Internal Preparation
Your new elevator equipment will be delivered to our warehouse and internally prepared for installation, so everything is ready to go. We will store everything in our warehouse, so you don't have to worry about where to keep the equipment in your building.
Step 6: Installation
We will transport your equipment to your location and begin the installation process. For hydraulic elevators, installation typically takes 3-5 weeks, while traction elevator installation can take 5 weeks or longer.
Step 7: Testing and Final Inspection
We will conduct extensive testing, perform our final reviews, and coordinate state approval for your new elevators.
Step 8: Final Walkthrough
After your elevators are inspected and approved by the state, they are ready to use. We won't consider your project complete until you are completely satisfied.
